I am a PPL member and a PPL Associate. Two weeks ago I received a letter from my homeowner’s association stating that it was against a new association policy to have exercise equipment on our patios. Being that I was the only owner with exercise equipment on my patio, and as a cancer patient requiring weight training as part of my treatment, I took this case as a personal affront to my rights. I called [my provider attorney] and sent her a copy of the CC & R’s. She immediately sent a letter to the homeowner’s association and things have been very quite ever since. I think this is absolutely terrific! Thanks to PPL and [my provider firm].

This letter is long overdue. But as the saying goes “it’s better late than never”!

[Attorney] from [Law Firm] is worth more than mention, I’ll say double honor. First, he is an excellent attorney. Secondly, he is a humanitarian with a profound sensitivity to his client.

I have been speaking to him periodically over the last couple of years. Each time I spoke to him my questions were answered thoroughly. This was key since I was in the midst of a separation and subsequent divorce. Due to my financial crisis, brought by the initial separation and relocation, I had to handle my divorce Pro Se.

I must also note that I emerged victoriously in all of the court proceedings and my Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) is now in place thanks to the sound legal advice I received. I never knew what a “QDRO” was until then.

There is no price tag that could compensate for the service that I was given. I know that from personal experiences with other attorneys before I had Pre-Paid Legal. (Thousands of dollars and a decade late - - I am still waiting for a call!). This service is a blessing to me and I am also blessed to have had the opportunity to meet someone of [this attorneys] caliber. He’s definitely a jewel in my eyes.

I didn’t realize the power of our Pre-Paid Legal plan until the day we needed legal assistance regarding our teenage daughter’s brand new automobile. She contacted our provider law firm because the dealership from whom she had purchased her car failed repeatedly to repair the same exact problem in a two-month timeframe.
